Exotic Foods

Last night I went to Clyde’s in New Brunswick for dinner to celebrate my friend Leo’s birthday. There were 9 of us, all dressed nicely ready to have some martinis and exotic foods. I took a look at the menu and was intrigued at my selection. Kangaroo, Buffalo, Elk, Antelope and Llama. Wow! I was excited to try them all!

I shared the kangaroo appetizer with Tom. It was delicious! I ordered the ostrich for my entree. It came with a side of mashed potatoes and tomatoes. I was able to try everyone else’s selections. Although it was a very expensive evening, it was totally worth the experience. I would definitely go there again.
