My New Toy

Saturday morning my friends and I were cleaning up after a fun party at my condo and somewhere between me getting changed and getting in the car to hit up the diner, I lost my cell phone. I did a quick sweep of the house, nothing. I decided not to hold up everyone else from satisfying their hunger so we went. Upon our return, I started up the search with the help of 3 others. After 5 minutes of searching inside the house, I thought maybe I threw out my phone. Tom and I go to the dumpster and he calls me. We hear my phone ringing!! Tom spotted it on top of the community mailboxes. I picked it up, very happy to see it again. There was one problem though… the screen was broken. The LCD screen was shattered and it only displayed black and white with a buttery mix of colors.

Upon closer inspection, I deduced that the phone was ran over by a car. So what was the first sentence out of my mouth after that? “Well, time to get an iPhone!” I went to the mall the same day, picked it up, brought it home, activated it, synced it to my Outlook and was ready to go! I love this phone so much.
